We have a very simple ordering and payment process.

Firstly, please contact us and tell us about your requirements and ideas:

We offer a very friendly, helpful service and are happy to give advice and suggestions without any commitment.

Due to the personalised nature of our products we quote for each project individually, so that we can meet our customer’s requirements as well as their budget.

Once we have given you a price and you have confirmed your order we will prepare your design layout and send it to you by email for your approval. We are happy to make changes to the design at no extra charge.

Once you have approved your design we will produce your order.

Payments

We normally ask for full payment when your order is complete and ready to send to you. For larger value orders such as wedding stationery we may ask for a 50% deposit before we start producing your order.

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer. However we are happy to take PayPal payments but we may charge a little extra to cover their fees, depending on the amount.
